Podmienky beta testu
Ďakujeme, že chcete testovať WanderKing. Toto je uzavretá beta pre 20–50 turistov — jej cieľom je zistiť, či má aplikácia zmysel, skôr než do nej pôjde ďalší rok práce. Tu je všetko, čo by ste mali vedieť, ľudskou rečou.
1. Čo je beta a čo od nej čakať
- Beta beží orientačne od 15. augusta do 15. novembra 2026. Môžeme ju predĺžiť, skrátiť alebo ukončiť.
- Ide o testovaciu verziu: môžu sa vyskytnúť chyby, výpadky a zmeny funkcií bez ohlásenia. Dáta zálohujeme denne, ale dostupnosť ani bezchybnosť negarantujeme.
- Aplikácia je počas bety úplne zadarmo a všetci testeri majú zapnuté prémiové funkcie (denník a ďalšie).
- Odmena za testovanie: každý tester uzavretej bety získava prémiový účet na doživotie — vrátane všetkých budúcich prémiových funkcií, bez výnimiek — a exkluzívnu pečiatku „Zakladajúci dobyvateľ". Váš obsah (denník, dobytia, fotky) vám navyše vždy zostane prístupný, nech sa s aplikáciou stane čokoľvek.
- Inštalácia: iOS cez TestFlight (platia aj podmienky Apple), Android priamou inštaláciou cez Firebase App Distribution (platia aj podmienky Google).
2. Čo čakáme od vás
- Choďte na túry a používajte aplikáciu prirodzene — presne to meriame.
- Ozvite sa, keď niečo nefunguje alebo nedáva zmysel: cez spätnú väzbu v aplikácii alebo na wanderking.app@gmail.com. Občas vám pošleme krátku otázku alebo dotazník.
- Nezdieľajte, prosím, inštalačné odkazy mimo pozvaných testerov a nepoužívajte falšovanie polohy — také dobytia systém zamietne.
3. Údaje počas bety
Spracúvanie osobných údajov popisuje Ochrana súkromia. V skratke: účet, GPS dobytia s fotkou, súkromný denník, základné udalosti používania (na vyhodnotenie bety) a diagnostika pádov. Žiadne reklamy, žiadny predaj údajov. Účet aj so všetkým obsahom si môžete kedykoľvek zmazať priamo v aplikácii.
4. Ukončenie
Z bety môžete kedykoľvek odísť — stačí aplikáciu odinštalovať, prípadne zmazať účet. My si vyhradzujeme právo odobrať prístup pri porušovaní týchto podmienok (najmä falšovanie polohy).
5. Súhlas
Inštaláciou testovacej verzie a účasťou v bete potvrdzujete, že máte aspoň 16 rokov, prečítali ste si tieto podmienky aj Ochranu súkromia a súhlasíte s nimi.
Beta Terms
Thanks for wanting to test WanderKing. This is a closed beta for 20–50 hikers — its purpose is to find out whether the app makes sense before another year of work goes into it. Here is everything you should know, in plain language.
1. What the beta is and what to expect
- The beta runs roughly from 15 August to 15 November 2026. We may extend, shorten or end it.
- This is a test build: bugs, outages and unannounced feature changes can happen. We back data up daily, but we guarantee neither availability nor freedom from errors.
- The app is completely free during the beta and all testers have premium features enabled (diary and more).
- Tester reward: every closed-beta tester receives a lifetime premium account — including all future premium features, no exceptions — and an exclusive "Founding Conqueror" stamp. Your content (diary, conquests, photos) additionally remains accessible to you always, whatever happens with the app.
- Installation: iOS via TestFlight (Apple's terms also apply), Android via direct install through Firebase App Distribution (Google's terms also apply).
2. What we ask of you
- Go hiking and use the app naturally — that is exactly what we measure.
- Tell us when something breaks or makes no sense: via in-app feedback or wanderking.app@gmail.com. We may occasionally send a short question or survey.
- Please don't share install links outside invited testers, and don't spoof your location — such conquests will be rejected.
3. Data during the beta
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: account, GPS conquests with a photo, a private diary, basic usage events (to evaluate the beta), and crash diagnostics. No ads, no selling of data. You can delete your account with all its content at any time, directly in the app.
4. Ending participation
You can leave the beta at any time — just uninstall the app, or delete your account. We reserve the right to withdraw access for violations of these terms (in particular location spoofing).
5. Consent
By installing the test build and participating in the beta you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you agree to them.
